After it's inception in the early 1980's Steve became the sole owner of
Kostbar International in the early 1990's.
Together Steve and Rebecca combine Steve's expertise as a highly
respected and experienced colored gemstone dealer
and wholesale jewelry manufacturer
with Rebecca's many years of experience
owning several succesful fine jewelry stores
to create high quality, sellable fine jewelry
for their valued retail clientele.
